The E-COAT+3 MASTER Series is a high-performance powder coating system designed for demanding manual and automated powder coating applications. Its advanced digital controls allow operators to precisely adjust pneumatic and electrical parameters directly from the front panel, providing greater control, consistency and flexibility during the coating process.

The integrated electrical controls allow air values to be adjusted independently or proportionally, while maintaining precise control of voltage and current. With factory-configured settings and 50 customisable electrical and pneumatic parameters, the E-COAT+3 MASTER Series can be adapted to different coating requirements and production processes.

Designed for professional powder coating applications, the system supports dual triggering, PLC automation and Bluetooth connectivity. These features make the E-COAT+3 MASTER suitable for advanced manual powder coating as well as automated coating systems where repeatability, process control and productivity are essential.

For demanding coating applications, the system provides micro-charge control below 10 µA, up to 120 kV / 120 µA charging capacity and integrated LED lighting for improved visibility during powder application. Manual and automatic operating options, combined with a wide range of accessories, allow the E-COAT+3 MASTER Series to be configured for a variety of professional powder coating requirements.
